Personality:
Whether its a mechanical being or a heavily armored tank, Andy is there thinkering and fixing stuff before you even noticed that half your caterpillar wheels have been revamped to full with a new All-Terrain Steamroller Tank. A mechanical genius, Andy is ready for action! He might be impulsive [Hey, The SteamRoller-class Tank is doing WONDERS on those mountains! ... until it gets too steep] but he never means any harm. As you can see, he is your typical teenager wonder-mind boy with a fixation on Mechanical Implants [The Double Riveteer is just too tempting to not clamp on the new DEATH RAY(tm) for Enhanced Range!]. Not evil, nor mischeavious; Andy is proven to be incredibly loyal to all his friends that he has made in the Wars World, Old Enemies are seen with respect and a bit of mockery [hey, whats wrong with a little bit of IN YOUR FACE?] and easily turned into new allies/friends/rivals/lolwut.

He likes to be seen as a Hero, although his goof offs and his lack of motivation in the mornings [Andy never fixes his alarm clock, its better that way] he is usually seen as an energetic leader, often mistaken as "just another kid" [remind you, he can be another kid... with an Industrial Size Slingshot to throw away your stupid chihuahua to the next blue moon] but easy going. Perhaps he is taking things too easily, but he is intelligent and capable of fighting back for his own safety and the ones of his friends. [Altho, dont ask him what was in the reading assigment for last week, he surely skipped it and read the Instruction Manual to the Classified Air Tank that you shouldnt know about]. He has no weeknesses when it comes to command of an army, that alone is probably his biggest strenght! When he means business [ITS WRENCHING TIME (tm)] He helps nearby units to recover 2HP [whatever that means] and makes his offense and defense mechanisms better for the time being... He isnt fully aware of his true engineering power.

Backstory:
Andy was born in The Orange Star Nation, with his parents being a lost memory in his head. Andy grew up as a normal kid... thats normal if you where the terror of babysitters worldwide [Thanks to your "enhanced" passtimes... such as the Lego Shooters, The Hamster Ball of F.U.N., The Cellphone BOOSTERS and... of course, the Booger Slinger (tm)] His parents decided that all this "creative" energy was better if he used on something that was more... educative. So they decided to enroll Andy on the Orange Star Army's Military School [Now Enrolling for Kindergarden and College]; Andy spent most of the time studying the many subjects that where offered, such as MECHANICAL ADVANCEMENTS FOR THE BATTLE FIELD 101, STRATEGY AND COMMAND, STARCRAFT 201, MECHANICAL ARTS, COMMAND AND DIRECTIVES, and his Favorite: TECHNICAL MACHINES. His education was interrupted during the events VS Sturm's first attack to CosmoLand [ NOTE: Before Advance Wars] and almost demolishing half his school. Andy took the ranks as a low grunt, but thanks to his dedication and loyalty to his schoolmates, he gained the CO Rank in little to no time.

Thanks to his direction and strategy, he and the rest of CosmoLand's COs where able to thwart off The Black Hole Army and its fake leader, a cruel look-a-like that was merely a puppet for his CO: Sturm. A few months afterwards, a renovated Sturm directed a secondary attack versus Cosmoland; Andy didnt even had time for a rest and he was already fighting the likes of Lash, Hawke and Other Goons from Sturm. After a little help from past allies, they finally lifted the veil and sent Black Hole back to its native territory in defeat. Finally Andy could easily come back and finish his education, leaving the newer rookies to command and learn from this past wars. Little did he knew that while cleaning up the remains of Black Hole, he would receive a distress call from MacroLand! Asking for his help in defeating once and for all the true leader of Black Hole.

This final fight took the effort of a real strategist, the courage of his friends led Andy to victory! And in the end he gained even more allies and friends than he could ever had wished for. This victory led Andy to a new degree of valour and loyalty to his land, which granted him an automatic pass on all his high school education and graduating him from Orange Army's Military School. Unfortunatly, the College Level education building was lost during the war, but that was alright with Andy; for he knew it was time to see The World by himself. He decided to settled down on an almost lost University: Sumabura Gakuen; where he expects to continue on and becoming a better CO for the future of his nation.

Anything Else?:
Andy is always there for his friends, whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. He simply cannot help himself to be the akward thrid wheel sometimes... you know what I mean; theres always room to fix the unbroken and to gives boosters to anything. Not a mischeavious kid at nature, Andy can easily be told or influenciated if theres a true purpose behind... if theres a goal, he will try to reach for it! A Natural leader too, being a CO has given Andy a cunning instinct to resolve matters in an organized and impartial way... Thats until we get to the good battlefield units =D. Mindless at some times, he is just like a good diesel truck: Hard to start [specially in the cold mornings] but once he is out, he is ready to drill in and roll out! [of course, after applying some strategic command to where his wrench collection should go in the new dorm].
